Michele Dedini has more than 28 years of experience in the finance sector, in particular in the fields of wealth management, financial consulting, and corporate advisory. Until 2011 he held several senior management positions at UBS Inc., serving as Managing Director. In 2011 Michele left the Swiss bank to pursue a career as an independent entrepreneur, becoming founding and managing partner of the Naret Group.

Thanks to his experience and specialization in Management and Leadership from Harvard Business School, Michele not only provides asset management and family office services but also serves on several boards of directors as an independent member, putting his excellent strategic skills at the disposal of the corporations. His primary areas of expertise range from the financial services industry, strategic planning and management, asset management, tax consulting, risk management in banking and asset management, to the media & digital technology industry.

In 2015 the Naret Group extended the service offering to business consulting services thanks to Michele’s significant corporate advisory and corporate finance experience. Besides being Delegate of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer, Michele is Head of Wealth Management department of the Naret Group as well as of the corporate advisory and corporate finance business units.

He is fluent in Italian, English, German and French and can also communicate in Portuguese and Spanish.
