According to the Financial Institutions Act (FinIA), anyone who acts as a portfolio manager on a commercial basis must be licensed by the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority(FINMA). In addition, under the Financial Services Act (FinSA), financial service providers must be affiliated to an ombudsman recognized by the Federal Department of Finance (FDF).
The asset management firm of the Naret Group, Naret SA, is authorized by FINMA to operate as a portfolio manager. Naret SA is subject to ongoing supervision by a supervisory organization authorized and supervised by FINMA, the AOOS(Schweizerische Aktiengesellschaft für Aufsicht), also with respect to compliance with the anti-money laundering provisions.
Naret SA complies with the due diligence and disclosure requirements in relation to combating money laundering and has appointed an independent external auditor to perform anti-money laundering audits.
Our asset management company is also affiliated to the Financial Services Ombudsman FINSOM, an ombudsman recognized by the Federal Department of Finance.
